The Door.

The darkness of the sky with it dotes of lights as the night sky is spread out like a blanket before one’s eyes and gazing into the mysterious darkness of space and wondering if there is an end this ocean of darkness. This ocean of darkness holds many different islands that I would call galaxies and universes with their own planets, suns, moons and stars. There are many different universes and galaxy that are being discovered. These pictures that are taken by these large telescopes of outer space are indeed breath taken and are full of wonders and amazement to one’s own understanding. However, the question remains, what is beyond the darkness of space and where is the Kingdom of God? Where is this place called Heaven and the Abode of God’s Kingdom?
Within God’s creation there are portals of passage. But there is also a portal to God’s Abode. His dealing place is not within this physical creation and man cannot travel into the Spiritual creation. But there is a door into the Kingdom of God and we can boldly come before the Throne of God.
A door that is closed but there is a key to this door. A key that will give you entrance into the Kingdom of God. A key that the world refuse to accept and a key that they have denied. They have tried to make false keys, but they are useless. Only one key, only one door, and it takes the true key to open this doorway into God’s Kingdom.
Just as in the days of Noah and the Ark, there was only one door to enter the Ark of safety. Just as with the Tabernacle in the time of Moses, there was only one entrance into the compound of the Tabernacle. There is only one way into the plan of salvation and that way is the Lord Jesus Christ. It is written in John 14:5-7, “Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him”. Jesus is THE WAY into the Kingdom of God and the only way.
Jesus preached the Kingdom of God to the people as recorded in Mark 1:14-15, “Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel”. In Luke 4:43, “And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent”. Jesus came preaching the Kingdom of God, but where is it? Jesus mention four different things about the Kingdom of God and they are: Seek, See, Enter and Inside of You.
Seek is found in Matthew 6:33, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”. How many can remember when you started searching for the truth that is only in the Lord Jesus Christ. How many souls are still searching for the Kingdom of God? Just as with the parable in Luke 8:5-15, some will find, and some will lose in their search for the Kingdom of God. Some will study their Bible, some will listen to the preacher, some will inquire of others, some will travel to faraway places in search for the Kingdom of God.
Inside a person is a Soul that is longing for the Spirit of God. A Soul that is crying out for the present of the Spirit of God. A Soul that is reaching out for God’s Spirit, but the flesh is deceived, and the Soul is denied. The flesh and your mind can only see the physical world and the flesh cannot see the Kingdom of God. But within you the search is still going on and your Soul is still longing and yearning for the Spirit of God.
Jesus said that a person cannot see the Kingdom of God unless they are Born Again. In John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”. Too many preachers and people are claiming the Kingdom of God and they cannot even see nor understand what Jesus is talking about. Too many have become blinded in their search and seeking the Kingdom of God. Too many are being deceived by the spirits of evil and they will strive to keep the blindfold of darkness over your search for the truth.
How do we enter the Kingdom of God? Jesus said in John 3:5, “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God”. It takes “the water and the Spirit” in order to enter the Kingdom. Why the Water and the Spirit? Let’s consider the Water. On the Cross of Calvary two thing was mention by the Apostle John and they were the water and the blood. John 19:34-35, “But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe”. Just as in the Tabernacle after the priest offered the blood sacrifice and blood was on his hands the priest then went to the Water Laver and washed. By doing this then the blood was mixed with the water. Just as when a person repents at an Altar and is Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ then that person has carried the Blood from the Altar into the Water and the “water and the blood” is mixed together for the remission of their sins.
Let’s consider the Spirit. In Joel 2:28, “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions”. On the Day of Pentecost, the Apostle Peter said in Acts 2:16-17, “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams”. Being born of the Spirit is when the Almighty Supreme Being that we call God places inside of your body His Spirit. This is what Jesus talked about in John 4:10, “Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water”. This is what John the Baptist said in Luke 3:16, “John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire”. The Blood and the Water washes the outside and the fire burns up and destroys the stains of sins on the inside. Then the Spirit of God dwells inside of your body.
Being Born Again is the fulfillment of Acts 2:37-39, “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call”. When you are Born Again you have a witness. In 1st John 5:8, “And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one”. What do they agree in, they are your witness that you have entered the Kingdom of God.
Jesus said in Luke 17:21, “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you”. Why is the Kingdom of God within you? It is because the Spirit of the owner of the Kingdom dwells within your body. That same Spirit of the Almighty God that moved upon the face of the waters in Genesis is the same Spirit that dwells inside you. You now have the Spirit of God Almighty inside of you. No wonder the Apostle Paul would say in 1st Corinthians 3:16, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” 1st Corinthians 6:19-20, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's”.
You have the keys to the Kingdom of God and you can enter into the Kingdom before the Throne of God where there is grace and mercy. In Hebrews 4:15-16, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need”. When you are praying then your soul and the Spirit is joined together, and you can pass through that veil of time and enter into the present of God. It is written in 1st John 4:4, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”. You have the key to that doorway into the Spiritual Creation of God. All because you searched for the Kingdom of God and you found it and you was Born Again.
You found the doorway and the one who is the door that leads to salvation. In John 10:7, “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep”. In John 10:9-10, “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”.
You now have a very, very precious gift. A gift that God gave to you. But what will you do with it? Will you just keep it to yourself or will you share it with other souls. Will you tell them about the Kingdom of God? Will you reach out to the lost souls that are searching for God, will you? Will you help them in opening the doorway into God’s Kingdom, will you?
The time is short and drawing to an end. Jesus will return for His Church and then tribulation. In Isaiah 26:20-21, “Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain”. In Luke 13:25, "When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are”.
It will be a fearful and terrible event on the day of judgment for a soul to point a finger at you and say, “You never told me, you never told me”.
Let us share the gift of salvation with and among others.
