A lot of religious programs, preachers, and people are talking about the battle of Armageddon. However, they have bypassed the Seven Seals. Armageddon is in the Seven Years of Tribulation and the judgment of God are written on the inside and the backside of the scroll. This scroll is sealed with Seven Seals, to open this scroll, then all the seals must be opened first. The Seals and the Seven Years of Tribulation are not the same as some believes. Armageddon is in Revelation 16:17, “And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done”.
Some believe that the rebirth of the State of Israel is an end time prophecy being fulfilled. They are correct, but there is more to the rebirth of Israel that the religious leaders are leaving out. That is, the opening of the first Seal. When were the Seals opened? No one knows. But a clue from a statement by Jesus and the fig tree in Matthew 21:18-20, is very interesting.
In the chronologically order, Jesus had just arrived at Jerusalem amid great fanfare and great expectations, but then proceeds to cleanse the Temple and curse the barren fig tree. Here is the Lord that knows all, who is God in the flesh and that walked on water, controls the sea and the winds, raised the dead and healed the blind and lame, yet, this same Jesus did not know that there were no figs on that fig tree, I find that hard to believe unless it was for another reason. In Genesis 3:17, one can read how God cursed the ground for the sake of Adam and the reason could be that Jesus cursed the fig tree for the sake of the Jews. Just as Adam rejected the Word of God, the Jews rejected the words of the WORD made flesh.
Yet in Matthew 24:32-33, Jesus used the fig tree once again in pointing to the last days. The fig tree was cursed and the Temple, Jerusalem and then the Nation of Judah was destroyed. There forth, the fig tree could represent the Nation of Israel and in 1948 the fig tree put forth its tender branch and leaves came forth. This could be the beginning of the seals being opened in 1948 and the “Beginning of Sorrow”.
History tells us that after World War 1 the League of Nations began to divide the territory that the Germans and the Ottoman Empire controlled. The main two nations that had a direct control in dividing this area was France and England. However, a homeland for the Jews was excluded. When the League of Nations ended, and the United Nations was established on October 24, 1945 then the hope of a homeland became a reality to the Jewish race and on May 14, 1948 the name of Israel once again became a reality to the world.
But other events also came to pass.
The idea for forming the European Union was originally proposed on September 19, 1946, by Winston Churchill in a speech at Zurich University during which he called for a "kind of United States of Europe." December 17 of that year, the European Federalists Union was set into place in Paris, France. The early United Europe Movement was created in 1947 and was in favor of intergovernmental cooperation as opposed to supranational control. In 1948, the Western Union Treaty was signed. The Organization for European Economic Cooperation (OEEC) was created. In May of 1948.
Another factor within the European Union is the recognition of the first emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. Charlemagne reached the height of his power in 800 A.D. when he was crowned as “Emperor” by Pope Leo III on Christmas Day. Emperor Charlemagne was called the "Father of Europe". Charlemagne's empire united most of Western Europe for the first time since the Roman Empire and his rule spurred the Carolingian Renaissance, a period of cultural and intellectual activity within the Catholic Church.
The Arab League, also called League of Arab States (LAS). Regional organization of Arab states in the Middle East, formed in Cairo on March 22, 1945. When the State of Israel was created in 1948, the league countries jointly attacked but were repulsed by the Israelis. Two years later, Arab League nations signed a mutual defense treaty. Fifteen more Arab nations eventually joined the organization, which established a common market in 1965. The Arab League was at war with Israel in 1967 and have refused to recognize the State of Israel.
The World Council of Churches (WCC) and the organization founded in 1948 in Amsterdam and is based at the Ecumenical Center in Geneva, Switzerland and in the United Nations. The goal of the WCC and the National Council of Churches (NCC) is to call the churches to the goal of visible “unity in one faith”. This is only the beginning for the One World Religion or the One World Faith.
With the rebirth of Israel in 1948 came forth the conflict between the Jews and the Muslims Nations and this conflict is still on going. From 750 B.C. to 1948 A.D. there was no nation or state called Israel and from 70 A.D. to 1967
A.D. Jerusalem was under the control of the Gentiles. No other race of people has ever come back and regain the name of their nation. The City of Jerusalem is now recognition as the capital of the State of Israel by the United States.
The Temple was the first thing that the Romans destroyed and then Jerusalem and then the Nation of Judah. But in reverse order, the Nation of Judah or the State of Israel is the first to be reborn and then the City of Jerusalem leaving the rebuilding of the Third Temple to be next.
This Third Temple will be rebuilt, either on the Temple Mount or in the City of Jerusalem. The Muslim Nations will be against this Temple and a war will take place. There are different viewpoints on the events surrounding the rebuilding of this Temple. Will there be a war between the Muslim Nations and Israel? Will the Dome of the Rock located on the Temple Mount be destroyed during this war? Will Russia support the Muslims and the United States supporting Israel that will lead to the brink of World 3. Will this be the time that someone will bring forth a Seven Year Peace Treaty and bring forth the end to this war. Will this Peace Treaty bring forth the rebuilding of the Third Temple?
The person who brings forth this Seven Years Peace Treaty will be the person who is the Antichrist or the Beast. He will also be the one who will break the Treaty in the middle of the Seven Years of Tribulation. This person will receive great honor from the nations of this world and Israel will be deceived. Just as the Roman-Jewish Treaty was an agreement made between Judas Maccabaeus and the Roman Republic according to 1st Maccabees 8:17-20 and Josephus. However, in 63 BC the Romans captured Jerusalem and Judah came under the rule of the Roman Empire. It is interesting to note that they placed their trust and their hope and protection with the Romans instead of their God. Just as Israel today will sign a seven-year’s peace treaty and place their trust and hope and protection with the One World Government instead of God.
Today the State of Israel is under siege once again. It is indeed true when the Prophet said in Zechariah 12:2, “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.” Today the City of Jerusalem is indeed a “cup of trembling” it is like a pot of water ready to boil over into World War 3. The International Community has always been on the side of the Muslim Nations and are always blaming Israel. In Psalms 83:3-4, “They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.”
The fulfillment of prophecy is in accordance to God’s own time table. A war will take place. The Temple will be rebuilt. A seven years peace treaty between the Muslims and Israel will be signed and the person who has this Peace Treaty, is the Antichrist.
Be not deceived because we are in the Seal Judgment and the Saints of God will see and know who the Antichrist is.
