Calvary Pentecostal Church is a congregation that places all their faith, beliefs, and hope in the Lord Jesus Christ. It’s a congregation that is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that stands and proclaims that salvation is only in the name of Jesus Christ. It’s a congregation that is baptized in the name of the one who was tied to the whipping post. The one who wore the Crown of Thrones. The one who was nailed to the Cross and the one who shed His Blood for us. His name is Jesus Christ.

The same one that the Apostles proclaimed on the Day of Pentecost as Peter answered the question, “what shall we do”.  Peter preached the first message about salvation as recorded in Acts 2:37-39, “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call”.

It’s a congregation of believers that believes in the move of the Spirit of God. Believing that the Spirit of God is reaching out to souls and His Spirit is calling to each soul. A congregation that stands with open arms to each soul with the Love of Christ.
